These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and naq88 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the naq88 website and related services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, and the depositing and withdrawal of funds in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on naq88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, different payment methods, or different devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed without notice.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. naq88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify naq88 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. naq88 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• naq88 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. This is a one-time process requiring submission of a valid government-issued photo ID such as your Bangladesh National ID card or passport.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your phone number and email address, accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may delay account verification and payment processing.

Account Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting naq88 support via live chat. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method subject to KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met in full.

All financial transactions on naq88 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). naq88 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your naq88 wallet immediately upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to your verified bKash or Nagad wallet. You may not withdraw to a payment method that was not used to deposit funds, unless prior written approval from naq88 support has been obtained.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals will be processed without additional identity checks unless our fraud monitoring systems flag the transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes. During peak periods, processing times may extend to a maximum of 24 hours. naq88 will not be liable for delays attributable to the receiving payment provider.
• naq88 reserves the right to carry out additional security and compliance checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. This may require submission of supplementary documentation and could extend processing times beyond the standard window.

naq88 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside naq88's control.

naq88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.

• Players are limited to one active welcome bonus per household. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through new account registrations will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension.

naq88 employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to review and may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. During a suspension, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

All content on the naq88 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and any other materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of naq88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Our liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• naq88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to any part of the platform at any time without notice for maintenance, security, or regulatory compliance purposes.
